Introduction
These terms of business govern the provision of training and consultancy services by be braver Ltd (company number 06612298), trading as be braver online.

Services
We provide online training, tutorials and consultancy services in cybersecurity, Microsoft 365 and open source applications. The specific scope of each engagement will be agreed in writing before work begins.
Booking and Cancellation
- Training sessions can be booked via our website or by contacting us directly.
- We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
Payment
- Payment terms will be agreed in writing before services commence.
- Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date.
- All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Liability
- We carry professional indemnity insurance underwritten by Hiscox.
- Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Intellectual Property
- Training materials provided during our sessions remain the intellectual property of be braver Ltd.
- Clients may use materials internally but may not redistribute them without written permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
